Because I want to. No

Because I want to. No one is going to do it for me so if it?s gonna be done, yours truly is gonna have to do it.

Success comes at a price, and a brief potty break here and there sure ain?t gonna break me.

If there?s one thing I?ve noticed about successful people, regardless of what they try to do, it all boils down to how badly they want something to happen.

I can remember watching Bill Phillips documentary, ?Body of Work?. It?s the true story of his EAS fitness competition where he searched for one fitness spokesperson to represent his ideal vision of bodybuilding.

In the video, a 40-something bartender named Porter Freeman sat down in front of the camera and literally set his mind to winning the competition. Bill Phillips wrote, ?If you can?t get excited about this contest, go and start an ant farm.?

Porter, being the stud he is, said that this particular comment pissed him off so bad, that he started right then and there on winning the contest.

And I wore it

And I wore it out after a month. So, inevitably, I rode outside in frigid temperatures. Now I’m getting ready to buy some rollers. Then I’ll stay inside like a sane person!

Perhaps I’ll even pick up some workout videos. I have a CTS mountain biking video, the Spinervals might be ok, but I’m more interested in the Cyclo-core workouts. [See resource box below.] There’s a little bit of everything – riding, light lifting, etc. – and best of all: just 30-60 minutes each!

You get to stay inside, avoid trainer boredom, and you don’t even have to go to the gym! Definitely too good to pass up!

Even if you don’t want to buy anything, check out the site for a free special report: “Five Secrets to Double Your Off-Season Fitness”

Moral of the story: This is the off-season.

Although not a disease process, Fibromyalgia is

Although not a disease process, Fibromyalgia is an often-times debilitating condition with symptoms such as wide-spread pain, and non-restorative sleep, A diagnosis of Fibromyalgia may well accompany a diagnosis of another condition, such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or auto-immune disorders.

Fibromyalgia is usually diagnosed by Rheumatologists, although any MD can perform the tender-point test used to diagnose it. The tender-point test is often wrongly referred to as a trigger-point test for Fibromyalgia. Trigger points refer to the pain associated with myofascial pain syndrome, not Fibromyalgia.

Physicians are often quick to misdiagnose Fibromyalgia as depression or hypochondria; it is not either condition. People with Fibromyalgia have more Substance P, the neurotransmitter for pain. This causes a decreased pain threshold, which is often disconcerting for the patient, as they have no idea why a small injury, for instance, may produce severe pain.

Proper sleep is imperative for Fibromyalgia treatment, as people with Fibromyalgia syndrome often do not reach stage four sleep. Healing from things like normal small muscle tears, takes place during stage four sleep.

Another common complaint of people with Fibromyalgia is fibrofog, otherwise known as brainfog.

(1) The BMG

(1) The BMG Music Service offers the best deal you’ll find — 11 CDs for the price of shipping ($2.79 each) when you buy one CD at full club price, which is typically about $15 plus shipping. That works out to about $4 per CD. Its chief competitor, Columbia House, has an offer that works out to about $8 per CD.

(2) When you join, you will receive a catalog in the mail about every three weeks, along with a postcard that highlights a featured selection in the genre you selected when you joined. You must return this postcard by the due date or the club will send you the selection. You can decline online, however, by logging into your account. This makes the process much easier.

(3) If you forget to return the card and receive a CD you don’t want, the clubs are good about letting you return it. But the beauty of this system for the clubs is that this happens often enough and many people don’t bother sending it back. They just pay the invoice.

(4) If you don’t see the CDs you want in a newspaper or magazine advertisement visit the club’s site to browse.

Maybe the links to the other

Maybe the links to the other pages are hidden by too much clutter, are too small or non-descriptive.

Returning Visitors

This will help you determine which pages your visitors find important. You can then concentrate more effort on those topics.

There are many more tidbits of statistical data a stat-counter can provide, and best of all you can get them for free. Theses services are provided for the benefit of building back links, and in hopes to sell you upgrades.

If you think that a counter looks tacky, you have the option to make it invisible. This will still enable you to collect important statistical data without your visitors seeing the counter itself.

So if your serious about getting more traffic, you must first learn all you can from the traffic you already have, and a free stat-counter is one of the best places to start.

This flips the images

This flips the images over. If looking at diagrams on the Internet, keep a mirror next to your monitor. Position it so that you can view your monitor through it. The mirror will flip the images to make them left hand interpreted. Alternately, use the right click function on your mouse over the image.

Any image-editing program, like Windows Paint, will allow you to reverse diagrams before printing out by doing a ?horizontal flip?. Usually though, it can be easier to change the settings on your printer so that it reverse or mirror image prints.

Sometimes, you may have to take a few minutes to prepare if you?re a left hander, but the amount of effort is minimal and will save you hours that could be lost trying to figure out how to reverse instructions.

‘Shop where your heart is’ launched on black Friday

Bellingham Business Journal, Dec, 2009

The day after Thanksgiving is the unofficial start to the holiday shopping season. Malls and big box stores are known for their “Black Friday” sales-drawing massive crowds at the wee hours of the morning and continued chaos through the season. Downtown Bellingham is proud to offer an alternative this year.

Celebrate downtown with Shop Where Your Heart Is, a five-week celebration featuring festive events, sup port for local businesses and great shopping deals. Shop Where Your Heart Is begins with Passport Week, a week-long, independent shopping extravaganza that begins the day after Thanksgiving and runs through Downtown Bellingham Art Walk on Dec

How do I know that? Well

How do I know that?

Well because how many of you are trying to achieve success?

How many of you suffer from self sabotaging negative behaviors?

How many of you are happy with the current state of your lives?

How many of you are suffering from feelings of low self esteem?

How many of you are suffering from low self confidence?

How many of you feel like success seems to elude you?

How many of you feel like victims of circumstance?

I could go on but I won’t.

All of the above basically suggests that your life is not where you want it to be. In other words your Will has taken it to a place that is not to your liking.

Well how is that possible? Is it not “YOUR” Will? Are YOU not in full control of it?

Well yes it is Your Will but ?apparently? you are not, or at least have not been, in full control of it!

How could that be?

Well let me explain.

AM PM Appliance Repair Published Tips on Repairing Dryers

AM PM Appliance Repair Published Tips on Repairing Dryers by AM PM Appliance Repair
in Home / Home Accessories (submitted 2010-06-04)

Los Angeles dryer repair shop, AM PM Appliance Repair, has published tips for maintaining the health and long life of home dryers. A few simple adjustments to the way a dryer is used or maintained will greatly increase its lifespan. For Los Angeles residents who loathe calling their local Los Angeles dryer repair men, following these tips can keep their dryer in top shape.

Tip #1: The Lint Filter

Many people know that cleaning out the lint filter after every drying cycle is important, but few people actually do it. Whether out of forgetfulness or procrastination, allowing the lint filter to gather prevents the dryer from “breathing”. As the lint builds up, the dryer has to work harder and harder to vent out its moist air. The moist air prevents your dryer from working efficiently, and will eventually burn out the heating unit in the dryer, leading the owner to dial up their Los Angeles dryer repair company.

For people who like to use dryer sheets to make their clean, dry clothes smell nice, be aware that dryer sheets eventually place an invisible film over the lint filter mesh. Even if the filter is clear of lint, that invisible film prevents it from working correctly. Appliance repair can be avoided by simply washing the filter with hot, soapy water with an old toothbrush.

Tip #2: Wipe Down the Inside of the Dryer

Using a damp rag to wipe out the inside of the dryer will keep things like lint and pet hair from accumulating inside the dryer. Again, this excess lint and hair can clog the dryer’s venting system, leading to another Los Angeles appliance repair call.

Tip #3: Keep the Home Pest-Free

The enemy of every Los Angeles dryer repair man is the mouse. Mice like chewing on just about anything they can find – including electrical wires running into dryers
