C’mon do you really think

C’mon do you really think people look at a 10*10 pixel ad and say to themselves “that ad will really get noticed, I can see my profits going through the roof already”, I mean you could have potentially ten thousand ads on one single page, hence you have a 1/10,000 chance of getting your ad seen, then take into account that most pixel sites really struggle to get any traffic at all to there websites.

3. Cost. Gimme a break, even at 1c per pixel it still isn’t worth it and consider that most are offering there pixels at $1 per pixel, who are they kidding? Sure some may make good money; most will not make a cent.
Webmasters around the world have had to rethink there strategy, the dream of getting rich quick with minimal effort had clouded there judgment, mine included. Webmasters are offering cash, cars, ipods one even has some type of MLM scheme built into it, so somehow you make money from the pixels.

After a month of waiting to get rich and not making one brass razoo, I have had to take my head out of the clouds and do some real thinking; this is what I have come up with.

You need to decide

You need to decide exactly what you want your GPS to do. For instance if your hiking there are some essential features you are going to need. First, weight is important. If your planning on hiking make sure you pack a lighter GPS device. Also water resistance is a must since you never know what might happen. Last, make sure it lights up! You don?t want to get caught in the dark without one that lights up.

However, many features are unnecessary for your average lover of the outdoors. Trust me it?s not worth your money to buy a whole bunch of extra features you will never use. And there?s always a more expensive model.

Also, you don?t want to buy a cheap model either. A quality GPS is worth the investment. Otherwise, you might end up having to replace your GPS just as fast as you bought it.

Furthermore, since the invention of GPS tracking is relatively new it will also be a good idea to research the manufacture.

In North and South Dakota, Nebraska and CA, they want ethanol. Even giving away a free piece of pecan pie if you fill up in ND. Then there is the problem of the pollution in the plants making the ethanol, which might merely re-divert some pollution.

Then there are fights over that and where all the old batteries will go filled with H2SO4 will go after electric cars hit the junkyard. Still others think that Hydrogen cars could blow up like Hiroshima, not likely? There are many new studies and thoughts on the on this matter and there are the pure-ists who say electric is the only answer and in looking at the technology it is pretty cool stuff indeed. What is the government saying?

So many things have been changing in the automotive world these days. But one thing is certain. Ford Motor Company is paying now for their failure to anticipate the market and spend money to move to position them selves to take advantages of these changes.

I have been here and done

I have been here and done this far too often. You come in and tell me, ?Ward, I just had to have the 50? big screen TV with the bit stereo?. Isn?t it funny how your partner does not see it that way? She figured a nice new $1,000 dress would be a better idea. It is like watching two super powers go at it. Only instead of a struggle to build the most bombs they struggle to see who gets their wants met first.

The results are the same, mutually assured destruction, or MAD. A world gone mad, it is true the only reason our economy works is because we spend everything we got and a little bit more.

Behaviors during a manic episode include heightened

Behaviors during a manic episode include heightened feelings of euphoria, extreme energy, decreased need for sleep, extreme irritability and distractibility, and increased aggression. Depressive episodes bring about excessive feelings of despair, hopelessness, worthlessness, guilt, and sometimes thoughts of suicide.

Bipolar disorder affects both sexes in children to adults: Manic depression is not selective in who it touches. Women and men are equally affected, as are children and adolescents (although a diagnosis in children and teens is more difficult to determine). A majority of those diagnosed with bipolar disorder have a least one family member with the illness. And children of parents with the illness are more likely to develop it themselves.

Bipolar disorder has effective treatment modalities: Bipolar disorder is treated with medications, called mood stabilizers, to assist in controlling fluctuation in moods.

Kemira Oyj Chooses Dyadem for Process Risk Management Solutions

0 Comments | Manufacturing Close – Up, Sep 3, 2010

Dyadem announced that it has been selected by Kemira Oyj, a water- quality management company, to provide Operational Process Risk Management solutions for its sites.

In a release, Dyadem said that Kemira Oyj will be using Stature from Dyadem, a web-based application for enterprise risk management, in order to perform and review its Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies to ensure safe operations of its chemical plants.

Kemira Oyj is a global business with approximately 100 production and storage sites in about 40 countries and needed a solution that would centralize its risk assessment data. Previously using Dyadem’s desktop software, PHA-Pro, Kemira has upgraded to Stature, an enterprise software solution, in order to maintain an easily accessible database, and view its process risk reporting across multiple process risk assessments conducted in different locations. By using a web-based application, Kemira will be able to easily access its process risk assessments, and more efficiently share them across departments and sites, resulting in a quicker, more responsive business process. Kemira offers water quality and quantity management that improves customers’ energy, water and raw material efficiency and needed a process risk management solution that could ensure Kemira’s production reliability.

“Kemira will be using Stature to review critical operations such as start-up, shutdown, continuous and batch operations in our chemical plants, so having software that is accessible, easy to use, and captures knowledge for us was critical,” says PieterJan Bots, Process Safety Manager, Kemira Oyj. “After using Dyadem’s PHA-Pro, we knew the value of standardizing our process risk assessments and building a library of corporate knowledge. Having a web-based application, particularly one that is so powerful in its reporting capabilities, helps us to standardize assessments, and to view process risk holistically across our operations rather than in individual silos.”

Stature, Dyadem’s enterprise risk management software, will help Kemira Oyj conduct a variety of process risk assessments and allow it to create a corporate database that can be shared. This empowers Kemira with the necessary tools to make better decisions when mitigating and preventing process risk. Stature was designed to be able to accommodate organizations with either simple or intensive risk assessment requirements

You know that all you

You know that all you need to do is regularly invest money into your savings and let time do the work. Spend less, save more. You’ve heard it time and time again.

Then why aren’t you on the way to becoming wealthy?

There are many reasons that people don’t take action, even though they have the information. So many people are just simply afraid to change. Fear takes a lot away from a person. They don’t want to fail. You have to be able to accept that you have to change. And then do it.

I know a few people that love having the drama of being up to their ears in debt.

For other valuables you may

For other valuables you may want to consider a home safe as this lessens the possibility that a burglar can get at your valuables quickly and leave undetected. Speed and stealth are very important to home burglars and anything that you can do to slow them down improves your chances of protecting your valuable items.

* Lastly, always keep home security in mind. The best home security system won’t help you if you forget to turn it on. Likewise, you are only inviting trouble if you forget to lock your doors and windows at night. Hiding a key in close proximity to your front door is a way to allow intruders easy access to your home. So just try to think about home security as much as possible and make it part of your routine to actually use the home security equipment that you have, and practice safe home security measures as part of your daily life.

If you plan in advance for increasing your personal safety and then carry out your plans on a daily basis you will greatly improve your chances of keeping both you and your possessions safe and protected.

While a realtor

While a realtor can be very helpful, you can save a substantial amount if you by-pass this route because you won?t be paying the realty fees. Homes that list as ?For Sale by Owner? are often being sold by homeowners who want to sell quickly or are willing to negotiate and have passed on the realtor in an effort to make some money despite having to lower the price of their property. Also check the Internet, newspapers and local Home Sales weeklies for listings.

Financing once you?ve settled on a property is also a minefield. Don?t go with the first mortgage you?re offered. There are so many different mortgage lenders now that you can afford to shop around. If you belong to a credit union, talk to the mortgage officer there. Also talk to banks and savings & loans. If you want to be sure you can purchase a property at the best price and beat other interested buyers to the punch, have your financing in place before you make your offer.
